SB46 HALL OF FAMER: The Rock - WWE Icon, Legendary Action Hero
The Rock taketh the concept of early morning workouts and The Rock layeth the smacketh down...
5AM? What are you? A Jibroni?
4:30AM? Know your role, and shut your mouth.
4:09am? Now we're talking.
The Rock's Instagram account is filled with early morning exploits in his "Iron Paradise". For those of us among the 62.9 million people who follow him on Instagram, waking up to a photo of the People's Champion in a fully drenched Under Armour shirt surrounded by heavy metal and posting swear-filled hashtags is par for the crash course of being an early am workout warrior.
And the self proclaimed big, brown, bald man is astonishingly consistent.
Filming Ballers for HBO? Train first. Filming San Andreas? Fast 8? Central Intelligence? Baywatch? Train early, train often and funnel thousands of calories of clean food into your body every few hours. Then repeat.
No need to get into his generosity, showmanship, charisma or incredible rags to riches story here. If you're still reading, you know it all already. If not, spend some time going through the history of his Instagram account and you'll quickly realize how far he's come...from having $7 in his pocket to being the most successful actor in Hollywood.
The man is loyal to the people who helped him, the businesses that promoted him (WWE) and the fans who've followed him... But most of all, he's loyal to the work ethic and the effort put forth in the gym in the early morning hours when everyone else is sleeping.
As the man himself would say: "Be humble, be hungry, and always be the hardest worker in the room."
Even if you're the only one in the room and it's 5:30am.
Congratulations, Rock. Welcome to the SB46 Hall of Fame!
